The affordable retreat includes some of our different retreats like affordable meditation retreats, affordable health retreats, affordable spiritual retreats. You can choose any of these.
We offer 2 nights and 3 days accommodation, yoga sessions, veg yogic food, excursions, and other activity will be added. Highly experienced teachers who are always happy to assist you and an eco-friendly place, which helps you to stay calm and helpful for your classes.
If you are planning for a trip then a yoga trip would be the best choice, where we do care about your amenities or every facility that you want. Accomodation
We will provide you two types of accommodation Private and Shared. A comfortable room with a hygienic environment will be provided. A western toilet with an attached washroom will be there. Students can enjoy a beautiful view of mountains and the nearby floating Ganga river will calm your mind and make your inner soul peaceful. We have two types of property location one is Ramjhula and another one is Upper Tapovan location.
Yogic Foood
A Yogic diet is a sattvic diet that provides energy to your body and keeps your mind calm and positive. Sattvic diet is a combination of two things which are nonviolence and purity.
We will provide you Sattvic food in your diet.
Sattvic food is a vegetarian diet that will include only vegetables, fruits, pulses, rice, tea, milk, curd, etc.
We will provide you breakfast, lunch, & dinner from time to time. As per your diet, sattvic food will enhance your energy, make you happier, positive, and peaceful.
